Orgalim General Assembly welcomes new board members and new member associations

During the 26 May meeting, the Orgalim General Assembly appointed two new members to the Board of Directors: Wolfgang Weber, CEO of ZVEI (Germany); and Stefan Brupbacher, Director General of SWISSMEM (Switzerland). The Board of Directors, composed of CEOs or Orgalim’s national associations, is elected by the General Assembly from representatives of full members of Orgalim.
The General Assembly also formally approved and welcomed two new associate members: Aqua Europa and CEO (the European Tool Association). These European-level sector associations will reinforce Orgalim’s advocacy work with their unique viewpoint and expertise and will benefit from the full range of Orgalim’s services.
Aqua Europa represents the commercial and technical interests of the supply chain of the European water and wastewater industry within the EU and globally.
CEO (the European Tool Association) is the association of and for the European tool manufacturers, covering hand tools, tools for woodworking, saws for metalworking and construction tools and -fixings.
