Legal Publications

Orgalim’s Legal Affairs Working Group produces legal publications to provide technology companies with practical tools to support their day-to-day work. Our first legal publication was issued in the 1950s and we currently offer 28 titles, which are updated in line with new or revised legislation and evolving market needs. Thousands of companies in Europe and around the world make use of these resources – a testament to their continued success.

Our legal publications provide companies with contractual solutions for business-to-business relations – with use cases ranging from product supply, product installation, repair and maintenance, to agency contracts, distributor abroad contracts and so on. All have been drafted to reflect the normal contractual practice in our industries. It is worth noting that Orgalim represents the interests of both buyers and sellers, licensors and licensees, as the technology industry is its own main customer.

Orgalim also produces guides on various policy and regulatory topics, providing practical information, explanations and assistance to companies in understanding the impact of relevant EU legislation on their business.
