Do you know a technology pioneer who has helped boost their company’s performance in the last year? Are you working with a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who is creating a culture of innovation and bringing your team’s thinking outside the box? Are you yourself a CTO who is proud of a big change you have instigated that is opening new doors for your enterprise? Now you have the opportunity to recognise these achievements - by putting yourself, a colleague or friend forward for the title of CTO of the Year Europe 2019.
Supported by Orgalim, the award is presented in recognition of prominent technology leaders, with the aim of highlighting the role of innovation as an enabler of European prosperity and progress. The 2019 CTO of the Year Europe award will be presented at Orgalim’s ‘Reinventing Europe’s industrial leadership’ conference on 12 November in Brussels. Nominations are now open to individuals responsible for their company’s technology development at the highest level, with selection in two categories – SMEs and large corporations. In 2018 the winners were Dr. Nicolas Cudré-Mauroux, Research & Innovation Group General Manager (CTO) at Solvay, and CTO and co-founder of Spinnova, Mr. Juha Salmela.
