Europe's net zero industry future: it's electrifying!

Orgalim is pleased to be a partner once again of European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW), as it focuses this year on the theme of accelerating the clean energy transition. Ahead of the event, which takes place 20-22 June, our Director General Malte Lohan contributed an article to the EUSEW blog – Europe's net zero industry future: it’s electrifying!
"We will not achieve net zero by 2050 if we only bet on replacing fossil energy with renewables," he writes. "A far bigger focus is needed on electrification and manufacturing technologies which allow industry to use massively less energy and resources."
