Policies & Issues: Internal Market - Compliance, Standards & Enforcement

We believe it is paramount for member states to establish proportionate and co-ordinated enforcement measures against infringement of all EU product legislation, in order to ensure confidence in the Single Market, a level playing field for all market operators and growth and jobs in our industry.

Therefore, Orgalime welcomes the Commission plans for a Product Safety and Market Surveillance Package, which we hope will reinforce the excellent New Legislative Framework in place since 2010.
