In terms of accommodation we recommend staying at Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport  (Da Vincilaan 4, Diegem), conveniently located near the airport and Living Tomorrow, the venue of our General Assembly

To reserve a room, you can book directly through the hotel website or through any booking platform of your choice.

This hotel offers a free shuttle service from Brussels National Airport. The shuttles go every 30 minutes 7/7, with the last shuttle leaving from the airport to the hotel at 10.30 pm.

We will organise shuttle buses between the hotel and the venue of our General Assembly.
