Orgalime letter to Mr Heinz Zourek

Orgalime believes that the existing Machinery Directive is an excellent example of successful EC harmonisation, which has provided for a high level of safety and for free trade in the EU's internal market. In this letter addressed to Mr Heinz Zourek, Deputy Director General of DG Enterprise, Orgalime has provided an annex explaining the many reasons why industry stakeholders do not want a revision of the Machinery Directive.
