Technology at Heart: Delivering net-zero in the heart of Europe

On 1 January 2024, Belgium took over the Presidency of the Council of the European Union, with strengthening competitiveness and pursuing a green and just transition among its top six priorities. In support of these priorities, Orgalim's latest edition of Technology at Heart explores what it takes to ensure that Europe’s technology companies can keep providing the solutions to build Europe’s prosperous and sustainable future.
The report profiles four high-tech manufacturing companies in Belgium – Alstom Belgium, Altachem, Delhez and ZF Wind Power – each recognised as a Factory of the Future, to get their first hand insights into what it takes to compete, innovate and thrive on the path to net-zero. It is produced in collaboration with our Belgian member association Agoria.
