Orgalim workshop ‘Lobbying in practice’

21 May 2019 - 22 May 2019

What is an inception impact assessmen...

What is an inception impact assessment? How should I approach the rapporteur? And what happens during the trialogue negotiations?

Lobbying often seems like a complicated jigsaw – lots of pieces, making it difficult to get the full picture.

Orgalim’s ‘Lobbying in practice’ workshop will help you put the pieces together and gain a comprehensive overview of the decision-making process in the EU institutions, from the initiation of law-making all the way to the adoption of the final act, covering the full spectrum of lobbying techniques.

The workshop takes place on 21–22 May 2019 at the Orgalim offices and allows participants to dive into the process and get some hands-on lobbying experience through a concrete case study. With the EU elections around the corner, new EU Commissioners to be appointed and Brexit negotiations ongoing, there is a greater need than ever to understand how the EU works and how to work with it.
