Orgalim believes the current amount of legislation in the EU risks holding technology companies back.
The quantity of regulation that the EU has issued in recent years (13,000 new regulations between 2019 and 2024) is particularly challenging for emerging technologies, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
We advocate for streamlined legislation that avoids duplications, considers the administrative and practical implications of implementation, and supports European companies to grow and develop.
