Orgalim and Agoria Summer Reception 2026

Tuesday 2 June: Despite a torrential downpour, thunder and lightning, and an airport closure due to a strike, the sun and the smiles nevertheless came out on Tuesday evening in the Courtyard of Avenue des Arts 56 for our Summer Reception, co-hosted with Agoria.

Friends from across the European and Belgian metal technology, manufacturing and electrical engineering sectors joined stakeholders from across Brussels for an evening of networking and discussion.

With keynote speeches from Orgalim President Javier Ormazabal and CEO of Agoria Bart Steukers, the event kickstarted the Orgalim Members' Convention 2026. Both spoke about the importance of coming together to speak with a united voice at this critical time for Europe's industrial strategy.

This year, hosted in Brussels, the Orgalim Convention has a full agenda across three days, and includes the Orgalim Policy Committee, a high-level conference at Autoworld, a Gala Dinner at Théâtre du Vaudeville and our General Assembly.
