Hotel information

The hotel Le Châtelain is located in the vibrant neighbourhood of 'Châtelain' in Brussels. Owned by a Belgian family, the hotel welcomes its guests in an authentic and convivial atmosphere, where everyone feels home away from home.

As the official venue for the Orgalim Spring Convention, the registration desk will be located in the lobby of the hotel. The Policy Committee meeting, the General Assembly as well as other meetings happening in connection with the Spring Convention will all be held in this hotel. The hotel lobby will also be the meeting point for all transfers related to the event program.

Practical information

Check-in is from 15.00 pm and check-out from 12.00 pm.

Local tax and charges ( 9.28 ) are not included in the room rate. 

Any cancellation and/or modification, free of charge up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Any cancellation and/or modification later than 72 hours prior to the arrival date will be fully invoiced
